Teodoro Jimenez grew up in a large family in Nayarit, Mexico. He started working at the age of 7 to support his family. In 1990, at 17, he moved to the US and began to take kitchen jobs. His passion for cooking grew as he learned recipes from around the world. After 28 years of hard work, he finally decided toparaphrase in less than 750 characters Teodoro Jimenez was born in Nayarit, Mexico, growing up with his six sisters and brothers, beginning to work at the age of 7 as an agricultural worker alongside his father. After realizing how unstable his family’s financial state was and how poverty was slowly tearing apart his family, he decided to emigrate to the United States. As a result, In 1990, at 17, he immigrated to San Diego, CA, seeking a better future for himself and his future family and kids. Here is where his interest in cooking sparked, driving him to seek kitchen jobs. By 1994 he would be working day and night at two-different restaurants to provide for his family. His love for learning multi-ethnic food recipes and cooking food grew more and more as time went by, learning to cook Chinese, Italian, American, and Mediterranean food. Long after working tirelessly for 28 years in kitchens, he was determined to start his small food business after realizing how great his love for food was. Fast forward, we find ourselves successfully up and running, with the blissful support from our community open his own food business, receiving support from the community.
